Return Policy

Welcome to the Return Policy for the Lemonceillo Home & Gift store and website. Your customer experience is extremely important to us and we are committed to ensuring we have clear and understandable guidelines for purchases made in store and online.

Returns

We accept returns on in store and online purchases. You can return unopened, unused items in the original packaging, with tags attached, within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we are not able to offer you a refund or an exchange.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We will exchange goods if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective or damaged, you should promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect or damage. If online, you can send back the item you consider defective or damaged after you receive a Return Authorization.

Upon receival of the returned product, we will notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or damage. If eligible, we will send you a replacement product or you can pick up in store.

Exceptions

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • intimate apparel
  • sleepwear
  • cosmetics & skin care
  • food items
  • custom or special orders

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.
