Delivery

We currently ship across Canada using expedited Canada Post service to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. You’ll receive tracking information once your package is on its way. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

At Lemonceillo Home & Gift, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will be happy to assist you with a refund or exchange.

You may return eligible items within 14 days of purchase (in store) or within 14 days of delivery (online) for a refund, subject to the conditions below.


Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.

All original packaging and tags must be attached.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.


The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Gift Cards

Clearance

Intimates (e.g., underwear, bras)

Food items

Earrings


If there is a defect with one of these items, you may be eligible for a refund.


How to Return

Items must be returned in-store or by mail at the customer’s expense.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
