Cranberry Pear Vinaigrette

This delicious salad dressing is combined of Okanagan grown pears, cranberry and BC VQA white wine that results in an incredibly smooth tasting vinaigrette. It can also be added to turkey or burgers to add moisture and flavour. Made in Canada by Taste of the Okanagan
